shoot factory has found it again. a suite that has just fallen out of my dreams. this penthouse loft is everything i would want and so much more. gorgeous original hardwood floor beams, mezzanine bedroom overlooking the living room.
an enclosed sun room with a wrap around terrace that overlooks the city.

aah too gorgeous! I love everything about these spaces. In the living room shot the initials AY are propped up and those are my initials, this must be a sign. =)

i was showing my husband the loft last night and he thought it would have been a great place for a couple ... funny how people view things differently!
